To our Community and Members
Further to our previous community updates, and earlier correspondence regarding governance matters, the Board wishes to provide the following update to members and the wider community.
As part of ensuring appropriate governance and operational continuity during this period, the Board has made several interim leadership decisions following their recent Board meeting held on Wednesday, 25 March 2026. These include:
- A transition in the Acting Chief Executive Officer role, with Mr Matt Harbisher appointed as Acting CEO through to the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM)
- The conclusion of Mr Braden Fisher’s tenure as Acting CEO, with the Board acknowledging his contribution during this period
- The re-appointment of Mr Peter Rogers as Corporate Secretary through to the AGM to support governance continuity.
Scheduled for 23 April 2026, The AGM formal notice and supporting information will be provided to members early next week.
