The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a new way of providing support for people with a disability in Australia. It funds reasonable necessary supports that help people with a disability achieve their goals.

The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) are responsible for developing and approving support plans, and we can help you find out if you are eligible for NDIS and how to apply, as well as help you to understand the NDIS and answer any questions you have.

We employ Aboriginal staff as Remote Community Connectors and an Evidence and Access Coordinator, who can assist you to test your eligibility for access to the NDIS. We can support you throughout the NDIS process, are able fill in Access Request Forms for you, and can attend planning meetings with you and National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) staff.

Click our Referral Form for more information on how to register for our services.

Please contact our Community Connector team at Admin on 08 9797 8111 for any NDIS support or questions.
