Our practice team is proud of this achievement and as part of this process we continuously strive to make quality improvements to better your patient experience. Part of the accreditation process involved a survey being carried out to gain client feedback. The results of this survey how that 93% of clients rated SWAMS as ‘good, very good or excellent.’
