Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of South West Aboriginal Medical Service Ltd (SWAMS) will be held as follows:
Date: Thursday, 19 November 2026
Time: Registration 5.00 pm, Doors close 5.30pm, Australian Western Standard Time (AWST)
Venue: Carey Park Football Club
Address: Balgore Way, Bunbury WA 6230
Please note that only members are entitled to attend.
Items of business are detailed in the below Notice. This notice includes the names of people who have nominated to become SWAMS Member Directors.
If you are unable to attend the meeting but would like your vote counted, you must complete a Proxy Form. A copy of the Proxy form is available for downloading and printing below, and is also available at all SWAMS sites.
The completed Proxy Form must reach the Corporate Secretary by 5.30pm on Tuesday 17 November (being 48hrs before the General Meeting on Thursday 19 November). Proxy Forms must be returned in person at Unit 3/30 Wellington Street Bunbury, by email or mail. Any Proxy forms received after this date and time will not be valid for the meeting.
