Your voice can help shape future health and wellbeing services for Aboriginal communities in the South West.
A quick, confidential survey put together by SWAMS and the University of WA lets you share what matters most to you and your family and guides future programs.
You can also enter the draw to win one of four $100 Woolworths or Myer gift cards. The survey closes 15 March 2026, with winners to be announced on 17 March 2026.
