Clients, families, community and partner organisations, thank you for walking with SWAMS through 2025. It’s been a year of challenges and achievements and our team will be taking a well-earned break to rest and spend time with family so we can return refreshed and ready for the year ahead.
Over the break we hope everyone stays safe and takes care on the roads, around water and in the heat. Look out for each other and enjoy the chance to slow down and reconnect.
We’re excited for what 2026 will bring. SWAMS will continue working alongside community to strengthen relationships, improve access to care and share better health stories across the SWAMS footprint.
We are also excited to begin the next phase of the Health Hub project; 2026 will bring meaningful progress to groundworks and construction of our new home in Bunbury.
