We are pleased to share that Bonnie Michael has taken on a new role at our Bunbury clinic as Client Intake Officer.
This new position will help strengthen support for families and make it easier for community members to connect with our services.
Many people already know Bonnie from her work in Maternal and Child Health and on reception. In her new frontline role, she will welcome visitors, answer enquiries about our services and eligibility, and guide clients to the right teams.
Bonnie will also spend time getting to know local families and building trusting relationships to support them on their health journeys.
This 12 month role is new for Aboriginal health services in Western Australia and gives us the chance to explore how dedicated intake support can benefit our community.
