📢 Call for Nominations – Member Director Positions (4 Vacancies)
🗓 Annual General Meeting – Thursday, 27 November 2025
The South West Aboriginal Medical Service Ltd (SWAMS) Board of Directors is calling for nominations to fill four (4) vacant Member Director positions in accordance with clauses 28 and 29 of the Constitution.
✅ Three (3) positions – 3-year term
✅ One (1) position – 1-year term
These positions will be appointed by election at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 27 November 2025.
📄 Please see the attached letter for details on how to nominate. A Nomination Form must also be completed, and the formal nomination process must be followed.
