Wariny Koop Bidi Marts (Making good pathways)

On Friday 15th October we unveiled this beautiful mural at PCYC, Bunbury.

The purpose of the Wariny Koop Bidi Mart program is to empower the community to participate in supportive community programs with the idea that participating will assist in preventing the risks of social isolation, mental and physical health, disadvantage or discrimination.

We thank Glen Garlett, a local artist, who assisted our Youth Group in the design and painting of this mural and Andrew Fraser, a local sign writer, who assisted with making this mural possible with our team.

This project would not have been possible without our generous sponsors and partners of the Wariny Koop Bidi Marts (making good pathways) program LotteryWest, The City of Bunbury, Bunbury PCYC and Solver/Wattyl Paint Centre Bunbury and WA Primary Health Alliance. Thank you to our generous sponsors.

If we can help people in the community to stay healthy through social connection, then that’s what this is all about.
